I have been having a persisting problem with my Dell Latitude E6530.I was getting low fps in all games for almost 2 months and i chased the culprit to be the low CPU usage.

CPU usage won't go above 10% in some games and it is giving me less than 15 fps in even the least demanding games.I have searched everywhere to find a solution but couldn't get any.

The thing is,sometimes it will fix itself and be back to normal and other times it will start fucking up again.

Specs:

Intel Core-I7 3720QM 2.60ghz 4core

12GB DDR3 Ram

GPU is Nvidia NVS 5200M (piece of shit btw)

Integrated Graphics is Intel HD Graphics 4000

What is your gpu usage during gaming if it’s 100% your gpu is probably just old and weak

What games are you trying to play? You're gpu solution would at best be able to play some very very very low end games and be an issue with minecraft already.

idk if this is how you reply to people but i don't try playing new games with this  i play csgo,tf2 and i used to get decent fps but all of a sudden it dropped to like 24fps in csgo and from 200fps in tf2 to like 40fps but here's the thing it sometimes "fixes" itself and returns back to normal performance then the day after it agains plummets. What could be the cause of this???

it is also low not going above 50%. i dont think it is because of bottlenecking since the CPU is like 100x stronger than this piece of shit cyka blyat idiot motherfucking piece of shit they call a graphics card like why pair a good cpu with a bs gpu such as that

It's not an iGPU, it's a dedicated card.

Because the card wasn't made for gaming, it's there for hardware acceleration. You have an enterprise/business laptop, not a gaming laptop.

MacBook Pro 16 i9-9980HK - Radeon Pro 5500m 8GB - 32GB DDR4 - 2TB NVME

iPhone 12 Mini / Sony WH-1000XM4 / Bose Companion 20
