My word office 365 always show "Save As" repeatly even i click cancel. Can someone help me? Also my chrome, devtools always pop up on the screen. Fk

so office 365 doesn't allow him to not save and his devtools show up. I think he just mashed the keyboard a few times

Try rebooting maybe? If it persists you probably either have somebody trolling you throught teamviewer or a virus

Sounds like a Keyboard problem to me too. The "F" Keys in particular. F12 opens the devtools in chrome. 

try unplugging your Keyboard (switch to another one if possible for testing) and see if you still get the same issues.
