Titan rtx waterblock?

You can buy any block compatible with a RTX 2080 Ti reference board.

 

The EK block "specifically" for the RTX Titan that you say is out-of-stock is the just the same waterblock but with gold aesthetics to fit the "premium" look of the Titan.
