Games low FPS after reset.

Hi guys, recently I reset my PC and I've noticed I got low FPS on all my games, My specs are an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, RX 570 4GB, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz and a 500GB SSD + 500GB HDD. All my drivers are updated, my CPU is overclocked and temperatures are around the 60s. I don't understand why I'm getting such low FPS is there any fix?

DDU the drivers and it worked! CSGO works well now and Rainbow got a 10-20FPS increase!.
