Alexa smart wall plug

Anyone know a simple and easy way i can make a smart switch to replace my old lights in my house, I'm in australia with 240v,10Amps @50HRz so its hard to find smart switches i can use, I wish to also have one that can dim lights with alexa and from the wall, without having to replace the light. 

This is a smart switch i found that is close to one of the things i want:

But there not that cheap, as for every switch u have to get a rasberry pi...
