screens go black

So when im using my pc the screens will freeze and randomly go black and when i push the power button it acts like the bios and will immediately turn off without the windows shutdown. ive checked and its not the cables. does anyone have any possible reasons? I have an intel i5 9400f, 16gb 2400mhz ram, and GTX 1660TI
