My RTX2070 Super FE behaves weird in chrome

The webpage sometimes looks weird (shown below). The card works fine with other apps and games), just sometimes make webpages look weird in Chrome, closing and reopening tab works but refresh doesn't

reinstall, not uninstall

Using DDU, clears the drivers of all traces, so if it is a software/driver issue it could help.

 

so DDU and then reinstall the latest drivers

And if you have any oc get rid of it
