AMD's Instant Replay Is Not Working Correctly

Go to solution Solved by nirus,

Thanks for the answer, I deleted drivers with DDU than installed it again but it seems like the problem is not the drivers it's Windows's video player "Movies and TV" I downloaded "VLC" to check if it's because of it and it turns out it is.

Currently I am using AMD's newest driver which is 20.4.2. I want to take video when someting funny happened while I'm playing but because of I cant record all the time I want to use Instant Replay. But the video i took is like 24 maybe 15 fps althought I set to 60 fps. Is it a driver issue or is it specific to this version.

Sorry about my English if i have mistakes.
