I have no idea how to hook this up, this 1st build has been a nightmare, I'm like 5hrs in. Plugged it in and nothing. I figured I placed these wrong but I'm unsure how to read this thing.

this is with lettering facing top op board

top row, starting from left:  power LED positive and negative, then Power Switch

bottom row, starting from left:  skip first two pins, reset switch.

Theres a diagram in your manual where you can see how to plug it in if you cant make out the description on the board itself.

This is how you plug in the headers..

 

Also, there should be a little Black Header BLOCK in the packaging that should have come with the MB, you can plug everything in that and then just plug the block on the MB.. makes it all easier...

I got It running, however my GPU was DOA

Actually, I was just trying to show how to plug in the 2 phase connectors...  --- way and not | way...
