Hypnic Jerks

Does any of you experience it? i get this several times in a week. Am 18 and according to this article; it is rather uncommon for someone at this age to experience it this frequently.

it's such an incredibly strange feeling when you wake up and realize that you are in fact; lying on the bed.

I have experienced this a few times in my life, it's very infrequent but I'm aware of it having happened.

Nah I'm not addicted to the market like most traders(its something that'll destroy you mentally). I just stay up too late at night... I had like 4 hours of sleep today.
