Keys not working

Question: I tried to search everywhere. Text services framework is not running. Is there a way to repair this matter? Tried sfc scannow. Does not help.

 

Issue being experienced: Control key and the keys like insert, game mode and page down etc. Are not working. They work in windows logon screen, however after logging in, they stop to work.

Steps taken: Reinstaled keyboard drivers, instaled keyboard tools, tried to repair system. Keyboard repair as well.Tried to restart MsCtfMonitor as well.

Kill tasks one by one. Probably some 3rd party tool uses them and lock them. Maybe you have some software designed to run on laptops where is additional key (Fn) and some keys works opposite/different.
