flickering screen in full screen

Hi everyone,

I have a small problem I bought a new adapter for my monitor:

(old adapter: VGA TO HDMI)

(new adapter: VGA to Display port)

now the problem is when I play or watch videos on full screen the monitor starts flickering, I tried to update the GPU driver it did make it take longer to flickering but didn't stop it.

I'm pretty sure that the problem from the adapter because if I put the adapter to the other monitor it starts flickering on fullscreen too.

vga is an old and has low bandwidth which could be the issue, so if you have anything other than vga use it
