My computer will read hard drive but neither of my ssd’s. Computer has been in storage for little over a month just fixed it.

Well, My gpu (gtx 1060) stopped working almost 2 months ago so i put my pc in storage til 2 days ago because i got my new gpu gtx 1070 mini. Well this motherboard is about 3 months old its a b320 board. 
It will read my normal 250gb hard drive but none of my ssd's. 
My specs are ryzen 5 1600 AF
60gb kingston ssd and 240 kingston ssd
500 watt psu
gtx 1070 mini 8gb
16gb ram 3000 speeds

If I understand well, you can't find/ see them at all on "my PC"? Try right click on start> disk manager, then if you find them there, activate them

No, it’s not that sometimes it reads my ssds in the (my pc and bios) and sometimes it won’t
