Looking for a budget phone

Im looking for a phone between 300€ and 500€ I live in germany 

i find the camera and screen most important do you have any recomemdations? im thinking about waiting for the pixel 4a but im not sure its worth it

Isn’t the 4 under 500 now? 
 

otherwise you can pick up a iPhone XR for around 400 now used or an 11 for around 500 if you’re really lucky on eBay.
