Random Jumps in CPU ?

Hi there !

I usually come on this forum because it's filled with so many knowledgeable people. I recently formatted my SSD and have now had windows on it for about a month. With that said, I've noticed that while in game my cpu will be running at around 40-50% then all of a sudden the game will just start eating a bunch of my CPU %, which never happened prior to the format of the SSD. Is there anything that I can look into for this or ? not really sure where to go

To a certain point, like while in discord, I will start to lag, so my voice will become robotic

Is it the game for sure? Games don't usually do that. It's more likely another software. Robotic voice is network related thing. So it's more likely that something is trying to update or otherwise phone home, causing both CPU spike and network spike (rubberbanding, high ping, voip issues etc.).
