Stuck at startup HELP Weird issue

Hey guys my computer specs are as follows.

Msi b350 gaming plus

Ryzen 5 2600

EVGA Gtx 1070

Trident z neo set to 3200mhz

 

I have been able to play on my pc and work everything just fine but today when I restarted my pc it boots and goes to startup where it says MSI Gaming plus and has the loading circle. It never leaves this... I can access bios and I have tried resetting it. I can't access windows recovery because it black screens me. I cant access windows installation media from a usb because it purple screens me. My drives are fine. I connected them to another pc and it booted right up and worked. I ran sfc and dism and both completed successfully and I did a scan on my operating system but found no errors what so ever. I have also tried using different RAM with no luck. Any ideas on what this could be?? I cant do anything besides sit at the startup circle or go into bios.

Try a plugging in your boot drive in a different SATA port. Preferably one that runs directly off the CPU rather than through the Southbridge.

Just tried this with no luck.
