PC won't boot

Rawity

I recently upgraded to the new 10th series Intel CPU line. However, the motherboard didn't work so I had to RMA that.

Anyway, I threw the old parts back in the PC.

First time turning it on, everything seem perfect until I open rust. I load onto a server and the screen instantly goes black but I can still hear sound and use the PC (tried to pause and play spotify)

Second time I open csgo, it survives for a good 5 minutes before doing the same again

Last time I just watch youtube, and after half an hour ish it does the same again. This time the PC won't boot up again, and it hasn't for the past 2 days.

Anyone know what could be wrong? Keep in mind, I've been using the old parts the day before with minor problems (cpu cooler not turning on) but otherwise it worked fine

What error codes pop up on the motherboard? When you try to boot that is.

Ahh, they're called Q code LED's. At least for ASUS mobos iirc.

Your motherboard wont have an LED code. I am ninety nine percent sure it uses the onboard speaker to tell you what is going wrong.

Doesn't say anything at all. When I hit the power button, the only thing that turns on is the fan in the PSU it seem.

You sure? If it is not booting it should be beeping. Try opening up the case if you haven't already. Check all your connections aswell.

Not booting or beeping at all

I checked all the cables and connections earlier, but can't spot any errors there.

I am at a loss then. Are there any lights on the mobo that are powered on?
