Is Canada Computers reliable?

As I put together my parts list, one thing is consistant: a large variety of retailers. I want to know if Canada Computers is a reliable retailer, or if they’re a scam.

Just pay attention to shipping costs, they might have gotten better but in the past they dinged people on shipping pretty hard.

Yes they’re the biggest Computer Retailer in Canada ever since NCIX went out of business. 
 

They’re basically “Canadian Micro Center”. 
 

Very reliable - and the staff are generally a bit more knowledgable than Best Buy.

Are they bigger then Memory Express?

Much larger - Memory Express has around 12 locations nation-wide - mostly in the plains out west and in BC. There's only one location in Ontario.

 

Canada Computers has around 38 locations nation-wide, with well over a dozen stores in Ontario alone. To be fair, Canada Computer was historically centered around Ontario.

 

Neither chain has stores in every province.

If you're going to order online and pickup in store, make sure there is stock in the location you're going to. They don't transfer stock over to fulfill orders.

I’m not going to pickup in store, I doubt there’s a location in my province.
