M.2 Aorus gen4 help

hey guys and gals, i would like to know if snapped off broken pins on an M.2 be fixed? Can the m.2 run without some pins? Please help.

depends on the nature of the damage. the connection pinout for NVMe unfortunately reside on one side evenly. it's unlikely you've only managed to break the pads for the later half of the x4 connection

EDIT: yeah i don't think there's a configuration of breakage where an M.2 would remain intact for operational purposes

Aww i was hoping that there was any hope haha. The damage was to the far end of the bigger side of the connections. I woulda liked that the if the smaller side was okay i woulda been happier.
