drop the 9600kf foor a ryzen 3600, you loose a little bit of gaming performance, maybe 5% tops but i don't think you will notice it on a 1660 super. But with a 3600 you gain an extra 6 threads which will help if you decide to start streaming or do any cpu intensive work or have many things running in the background while gaming. The 3600 will also allow you cpu upgrades in the future without a board swap while the 9600KF locks you into the 9700k or 9900k (or f variants)

If you are dead set on the 9600KF, at least get a z390 board so you can OC and make use of the K of the 9600KF, or else get an i5-9400F if you are set on intel. Otherwise get the 3600 and a msi b450 tomahawk/mortar

The motherboard is really lousy and will limit your processor because it doesn't have heatsink on the VRM and it's a cheap budget VRM that will overheat and slow down the cpu.

Also, the M.2 connector is only SATA or pci-e x2 which means the speeds will be limited to a maximum of around 1900 MB/s ( 2 x ~970 MB/s) , not pci-e x4 (4 x 970 MB/s)

You also only get usb 3.0 5gbps , no 10gbps , old onboard audio chip ... not worth it.

The M.2 ssd you chose is of good quality, but it's the SATA only model, limiting you to 560 MB/s ... you can get nvme for 5-10$ more.

You're really spending A LOT of your budget in things that aren't so important or parts that can be bought at a later time... like 199$ for a keyboard and 190$ for RGB on the ram ... it's like placing a cherry on a pile of shit, do you really think the RGB of the ram will make the shitty motherboard look nicer?  The motherboard won't even have rgb controller so what's gonna control the rgb of the ram?

Also, you can buy a fancy keyboard on your next paycheck or in a couple of months, but you'll be stuck with a video card or with your cpu choice and shitty motherboard for a much longer time.

It's downright STUPID to buy 1 TB mechanical drive for 55$ when you can spend 10-15$ more and get TWICE the amount or even TRIPLE.

If you're willing to go the AMD route you can get a more balanced build which also has room for upgrades... your build has minimal upgrade choices, if you want something faster you'd have to change motherboard.

Here's a suggestion for the base:

* processor may be a tiny bit slower, but you can upgrade the cpu up to 16 core (though i wouldn't put more than 3900x 12core cpu on that motherboard)

* motherboard has pci-e 3.0, m.2 x4 (so you can have ssd up to 4GB/s), you have 2 m.2 connectors , you have usb 3 10g in the back, you have usb type c in the back, lots of good stuff

* ram is slower at 3200 mhz but the performance diff. between 3200 and 3600 is very small.

* with the savings from ram and processor, you can go for a bit more expensive motherboard and better video card, so 50$ more go to the rtx 2060 based evga ko gaming, so you'll get better fps

* the power supply is of better quality even though it's lower wattage ... the system won't consume more than 300-350w so you're fine with 650w psu

* the m.2 drive is nvme pci-e x4 , and can do up to around 2.8 GB/s reads

* you get 2 TB of storage for around 30$ more... worth it.

* added bonus motherboard has rgb headers so you can connect led strips or control rgb on fans or cpu coolers

So the below stuff costs 1400$ ... your parts added together were 1350$

For better overclocking you may want to add a better cpu cooler (or aio water cooler) but it's completely optional, the one that comes with cpu is fine (but maybe a bit noisy when cpu gets warm)
