Its a sentey 550w power supply. I should mention right after I got the computer and built it, it went into storage for 3years was some what busy at the time . It is outside of its warranty, no issues with it yet,  I will look into replacing it. Also I have decided on a ryzen 5 3600 and b450-f

Kinda glad I didn't add any extras after taxes and shipping everything came to 423$ so little room left in the budget. 500 was a Hard number I couldn't pass. Thank you to everyone for the help.

It does and for now new cpu new motherboard and new ram will do well. I will look at doing other upgrades in the future. One of the reasons I want to leave over 100$ in the budget is I am known for breaking things so... If I break something I want to be able to replace it.

I mean thats the beauty of the tech world almost everything has atleast a year warranty by default. It's just a couple phonecalls and unfortunately an extra wait if you do make any mistakes; it's okay they do happen. Don't feel bad about yourself for it. and even if you do want to have some of your 500 left over the parts I selected I kept that in mind the total budget I used was only like $430... leaving you $70 to still play around with. I was just saying if you could stretch your budget more to like $600 you would get even more performance for your money spent.

I'd recommend this. Pretty juicy balance of performance, quality, price. You even have some spare money to get a higher quality cooling solution for the CPU. Improving thermals and performance is always a nice thing. :)

Yeah I specifically left the extra money so it'd have some upgrade paths; and also incase needed he could just pocket it during these pandemic times.

So I cant figure out how to delete a post lol.... Anyway I am looking at M.2 SSD Looking into it the B450-F should have built in slots for M.2 according to Asus. So maybe a 500gb one after I put everything together...

Everything has arrived except the motherboard.
