Since it sounds like you see the BIOS POST screen (with the motherboard manufacturer's logo) and begin to see Windows booting, we know you've got some kind of display signal... now the trick is to find out why your display seems to be going blank after the Windows bootup process.

Is your monitor connected to the on-board motherboard video output, or the video output from your GPU?

Did you have a GPU installed previously? If so, you may need to use something like DDU to completely nuke the old drivers.

So the thing is i plugged my monitor to gpu thru hdmi and the starting windows takes forever.( same with safe mode) and no black or blank screens just eternal starting windows. this is the very 1st gpu i m using btw. b4 this i only had intel integrated graphics. wen i change my gpu for on board graphics ( intel one) the windows loads just fine. hope i answered both of ur doubts.

ok try

type CMD in the windows search bar, open as admin,

type scf /scannow

once finished

type chkdsk /f/r

select y(yes) to reboot

let checkdisk run

clearing cmos-  shutdown pc, unplug power, remove battery from the from the motherboard wait a few 10-30 seconds putt battery back in.
