Music disappeared on iPhone 3GS iOS 4.1

Dimitrios Shizas

Hello, this is an off topic thing, I connected my old iPhone 3GS 16gb with iOS 4.1 on older version as usual, it was synchronising and I unplugged the cable by mistake, I use this phone only as an iPod and my whole music library even though it appears on iTunes, on the phone it says that it is empty, did anyone had anything similar?

Maybe you could try resetting it through iTunes and resync it? That fixed my problem

I am thinking about resetting it, but wait a second, if I delete my music library from iTunes, and put the music back on, will it work?

Oh, so yeah, I will not delete, I will reset, thanks, I will try it and send the results, the phone this moment is like this (in the photo it says "there is no content, download music via iTunes" )

As other people say I would restore via iTunes and re-sync your library. If you have trouble and want to keep downgrades, custom jailbroken IPSWs can be restored to without being signed, like using Sn0wBreeze.

I fixed it without restoring device, I just plugged it a couple of times and now I got my playlist back
