Does this happen in any other games?

 

As 5x5 said. DDU you gfx drivers.

Install drivers again. If the artifacting persists. DDU again but install the driver version you had before.

If the artifacting still persists with the old driver, it's possible the card is dying.

Yes happens in every game, just downloaded the drivers today

Use ddu ( display driver uninstaller ) 

And check if it helps 

If you have an oc on your GPU get rid of it (other than the factory one )
