High CPU temp even with AIO

Go to solution Solved by MartinKweh,

You didnt forget to remove the sticker on the mounting did you?

Otherwise, did you apply enough thermal paste?

Or better yet, is your mounting pressure good enough?

What thermal paste did you use  (ive seen similar case where they used the toothpaste like thermal paste from china and the thermals were horrible)

Hey guys I have an i5 7600k. My last AIO leaked so I bought a DeepCool GAMMAXX L240 V2 . I installed it an hour or so back. Even still, I'm getting an idle temp on desktop of 50+ degrees and on full load, it goes up to 90+ degrees. No overclock anywhere whatsoever.

All the fans are working, the pump is working, liquid inside the pipes is flowing, double checked in the bios. Put the bios to default settings as well. No luck. I hope someone helps me out 😭
