the main question is...

 

Do we upgrade to an 2070 super or 64 GB RAM?

 

We have had some changes in the budget, we have an Additional 133USD to spend. Our total budget in USD is 1,650

 

We are buying from India where things are more expensive compared to USA. In INR we have 1,25,000

to be honest, the single biggest difference to video production would be upgrading to a 3900x.

we would end up spending another 300USD ish then. Because we need to get a good x570 board like a x570 tuf. Plus another 100 USD for a 240mm AIO

the 3900x works fine in the tomahawk. and a $50 dual fan cooler like the arctic freezer 34 duo will work fine as well.

you can dial down the psu, as y6ou don't need more than 550W, that should save some budget for the cooler.
