WHEN MAKING YOUR POST, ALWAYS:

  • Describe the problem you are having in detail but without rambling. If your post is as long as this one, it's too long.
  • Include your operating system including version and 32/64 bit.
  • Include your entire system specs, including the wattage of your PSU.
  • Tell us which BIOS version you have. Some problems can be fixed by updating to the latest BIOS, so check that there are no updates available
  • Include any software running when it crashes (if applicable)
  • Give full details of any error messages and screenshots if possible
  • Use an informative title briefly describing the error. It's not helpful to see a thread titled "please help" or "Urgent" because most people are better at some problems than others, so may not prioritize your issue, and some people will ignore you completely.

Without these details, we may not be able to help you. To speed up the process, please ensure you have all the details on your post.

... Umm I am pretty sure you are not quoting me.

Your paragraph is difficult to read, sorry not being mean here just pointing out lack of formatting.

Ok so questions on your specs...

CPU - What is it?

ryzen 3700x 5700xt  - which one are you using the 3700 or the 5700?

16 gig 3600 mhz ram 32gig comin. - Are upgrading to 32GB or adding 32GB?

tuf 570 wifi board

1440p 60 htz monitor

old school hard drive - What is the harddrive? old school is a very broad wording.

Sounds like screen tearing and blurring and some artifact misplacement.

i think the blurr is my monitor?

Hard to say if its your monitor, the problem could simply be your GPU and CPU combination but since you did not list the CPU I cant say.

Lets try to identify and possibly resolve the cause of your issue before trying to replace anything. You may end up wasting your money for nothing.

Unfortunetly I cant help you with this, I'm not familiar enough to give advice on AMD software.
