Swopping/trading Hardware

Wasn't sure if this right forum so decided to put it in general,

Is there anywhere on the net where you can swop hardware, eg

I've got a spare hd6870 and I would swop for a second hand monitor. I'm not asking directly on here as it's probably against forum rules but is there anywhere on the Web that does this?

And in the UK?

Yeah currently on here sales and transactions of goods and services aren't permitted howerver we will soon add this function in. Have you tried Craigslist?

Does Craigslist do the UK aswell I always thought it was us/Canada only?

Talked with a friend in The UK he suggested FreeCycle or Gum Tree! There is also Craigslist UK.
