Hi, I am building a new system today and I'm wondering what the best fan setup would be for the nzxt 710i. I'll be using a nzxt x73 360mm aio which I think i will place up front. The case comes with 4 x 120mm fans so ill have 7 fans total including the fans on the aio. I'm thinking of having the 3 fans on the aio pulling air in then 1 at the back exhausting. 1 top fan closest to the front pulling air in and the other 2 top fans exhausting. Would this make sense? or should I have all top 3 fans exhausting?

Any advice much appreciated.

build:

CPU: i7 10700k

Cooler: nzxt x73 360mm

GPU: Evga rtx 2080 super ftw 3 ultra

Motherboard: Gigabyte z490 master

PSU: corsair hx750i platinum

Ram: 2x8gb corsair vengeance rgb pro 3000mhz

Case: nzxt 710i

I just flipped one of my top exhaust to a top intake, so that it blows down into the CPU cooler. Dropped temps about a degree or two when the GPU is under load too.

With an AIO that won't be the case for you. However more intake to the GPU will be a good thing.

Are there fan mounting points at the bottom that you can use to pull fresh air from below and shove it up into the GPU?

Sorry for the late reply. There isnt any official fan holes at the bottom however there are holes there which I could possibly cable tie a fan to? I have just built my system and put the top 3, rear 140mm exhausting and the aio fans pushing air into the case for now. Gpu is a 3 slot triple fan so I'm sure it can probably deal with a bit of warmer air from the radiator however cooler is always better so I may install a fan under the gpu.

I wouldn't worry about it unless your temps are high. Or if you want to push OC and you run into problems.
