A Pump + Res combo but excl pump

So I have a Byski D5 res combo right now but the ports are not exactly what I would like / bottom layout sucks, barely room to have it the way I actually want.. Now I done some googling and even searched these forums before posting, may not be the best at finding this stuff so sorry if it has been asked before.

But can you get a pump res combo with no pump.. Like a EK one or any of the bigger names, or even ones with more ports than only two at bottom and three top.
