Cheap Rtx 2080 question

Hi

I have found on amazon an RTX 2080 for $1000AUD (i think about $660USD), which is about $350 less than they usually are. Seems like a great deal. Only issue is that it is an ASUS 2080 Turbo Evo . I have heard to avoid blower cards for poor thermal performance. Is this a worthwhile deal? $1000 is my absolute maximum, so currently looking on the cheaper side of the 2070 supers but just saw this, but its a blower
