If I fill my loop with distilled water for a week for leak testing can I then add fluid concentrate directly into loop.should auto mix over time right?

Or do I need to drain the loop mix the concentrate and fill the loop.

No problem, it will mix instantly, hopefully you measured the quantity of distilled water and can get the right proportion of concentrate.

Thanks. Last time I watercooled a pc I failed leak test and stained carpet a nice red colour so...

It can be done but like mentioned I’d be concerned about the mixture percentage.
