New Builder! Need help!

Budget (including currency): 700 - 900

Country: U.S.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox and some video editing

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No peripherals needed - I'm upgrading from a used prebuilt from IBuypower (Specs -  AMD FX-6300 - R7 250 - Other parts unknown lol) I currently have a 60 Hz Monitor and I am aiming to play Fortnite all epic settings at least 100 FPS - I also am thinking a Ryzen 5 3600 with rx 5700 xt or Ryzen 7 3700X with rx 5600 xt

R5 3600 with RX 5700 XT, the other way is unnecessary for your criteria. Also maybe a monitor upgrade for 100+FPS gaming, you can probably sell your old stuff after you upgrade your system to pay for it.

One more thing, I recommend to wait, the prices and parts availability are not all that great right now.

Come on.......you can't get Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 7 3700x and RX 5700XT with that budget........ Secondly, Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 7 is unnecessary for the stuff you are planning to do with it. If you want to play those, just sell your old PC and wait for a while as new parts are coming out. Thirdly, it's the time of Corona and you should just wait until it's over to go down to your local microcenter and get parts on discount.

If you want to use a PC for those stuff right now, just get something like this

I finished a PCPartPicker list that I think proves you wrong

A PC that will look ballin' while being very productive (I already have a PSU) for well under my budget and reusing my HDD will aslo save some money.
