My PC turn on and off every 10 seconds

 Hello, this is what happens to my pc, just cpu and motherboard plugged in, no video whatsoever

Any suggestion will be appreciated, thx.

Connect a speaker or use the LED as a diagnostic. When a machine does this, it's usually due to bad RAM or something, and the BIOS is trying to find the right settings after a failure. It's a bit too short for a firmware recovery though.

 

If there's nothing on the screen, (eg no iGPU to test), it might even be dead, but you won't be able to determine that without swapping the RAM and/or CPU.

From the video it seems that you don't have any RAM installed - it won't get anywhere without it. :)

The thing os, it worked before, it was an old pc that now i want to use it as an emulation pc, 6 months ago it worked just fine

Well your guess is as good as mine. 

Did you clear the cmos or try the little speaker as suggested from the other gentleman?
