Low fps in games

Hello everyone,

 

For some reason I always have lagspikes in any game. Valorant is just difficult to play with fps between 75 and 150, usually at 120, CSGO average about 130 but going under 100 a lot of times and same with Overwatch. My specs are:

i5-4690

GTX 1060 3GB

16GB ram

 

Are these FPS (spikes) normal for these specs?
