Firewall replacement

I am looking to replace my Firewall. Currently using an ASA 5505. My budget is £200-230. Must have gigabit ports and obviously VPN capabilities , throughput 100Mpbs is more than enough for me.

Space and size is no issue. Must be gigabit with VPN throughput must be at 100Mbp. Price range is £200-230. I'd like it to be quiet as I already Dell PE R210 II which is noisy as it is.
