Mobo for Fx 8320

Hey guys! I'm currently looking for a motherboard for my new CPU. I really want some of you guys opinions on what motherboard would be best for my CPU. The only thing is that I need the Mobo to be less than $100 since I'm on a budget.

Just make sure it's the Rev 4.0 Version if you do get the UD3.

I bought the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 For my FX 8320, It's got decent overclocking and is loaded with features. I picked mine up for around 80 dollars on Amazon.
