Windows might deactivate if you switch mobo, that's all. All your data is unaffected.
What exactly do you mean by "Keep everything the same". The rest of your build? Or the software? or the Data?

You can't just swap motherboards and expect things to work.

With Intel , the motherboard must be compatible with the processor - first look on the motherboard's model page and see the list of supported processors.

After that, no, you simply swap the motherboard, put the processor and ram and go on with your life.

Your Windows license may be tied to the old motherboard. Windows computes a "signature" based on properties of your old motherboard and ties the Windows license (product key) to that motherboard.

You may be able to go to Microsoft and select to transfer the license from the old motherboard's "signature" to your new motherboard and therefore activate your Windows. Without it, you'll probably have to buy another Windows key.

Those won't be effected by a mobo swap.
It would be best to do a clean install of windows in the new mobo but you can just use your old drive and that usually works. But it might be worth it to sign in to your MS account so that your licence is linked to your acount and you can reactivate windows after the swap.
It doesn't always deactivate. Just sometimes.

I make Rainmeter things and other art :D
