Help identify connector pls

Hi. I’m finishing up my first build connecting all the cables and I’m baffled at this one. I don’t see anything in the manual about it. I’ll upload a pic but it basically it’s basically about usb 3 size with 2 big pins. 
case is a Corsair 780t graphite

Idk, it’s on the case with no label or in the manual

I think your right but I’m not sure why the case would have it, I’ll try to follow the wire and see where it goes

probably to some sort of ligt or fan controller or just the front panel lights.

As said, thats molex connector. And looking at Corsair's manual, it most likely powers fan hub included with case. Though you must have older case as current ones use SATA. Here's the connector and which pins are still there:
