240mm/60mm performance

if i expand h220 to cpu and gpu, i need to add 1x 120mm/30mm rad. but if i have 1x 240mm/60mm rad can it cool cpu/gpu (3570k an 780) reasonably? i couldnt find any 240mm/60mm performance vids/sites.
