Im going to be purchasing a 900d in the coming months, and will be having it as air cooling first before i can re-save and get the water cooling equipment, which fans from corsair are best for silence?

None of the Corsair fans are actually that silent, even the SP Quiet Edition ones. I would go with Noctuas 120 or 140mm fans. The Scythe Gentle Typhoons are also pretty good and silent.

rosewill hyperborea or akasa apache would do the performance and silence you

need for water cooling and provide air flow for air cooling. PWM control for fan curves.

I'll have to check these out as well. Not all that thrilled with my Bitfenix specter LED's.

I'll have to check these out as well. Not all that thrilled with my Bitfenix specter LED's.

 

it'll shame the pants off the spectre pros.. double the pressure and quieter. so far

from using them a week, i've shaved 6° from 1850 @ 12v and again quieter.

SP120 can't get that quiet and F12 has some competition.

Damn, that is pretty impressive. Can't beat it for the price either!
