What storage drive should i get??

Hi, I am trying to decide between getting a SanDisk Extreme portable ssd or buying and NVME Ssd with an enclosure.. Which one should I get, they are both at a similar price (the nvme is slightly more expensive)

An NVME drive would get very toasty, recommend either the SanDisk Extreme or Samsung T5/T7.
