Hello Guys!

I'm bit concerned about my GPU as Sometimes the screen flashes or fluctuate. I don't know what is the problem. Is it GPU my monitor or the HDMI cable I'm using.

Specs? I would think its either the gpu or monitor. The only way to find out is a good bit of trial and error. Try switching out all three and see what works best.

NOTE: I AM NEVER ALWAYS RIGHT, BUT I AM HAPPY TO HELP ANYWAY I CAN

Its a GTX 970 and a generic monitor.

If benchmarked the card and didn't find any error and was a bit confused.

Bro gotta tell you that whenever I play some gpu intensive games like gta v and all screen randomly flashes sometimes and sometimes it runs smoothly! I'm still confused whats the issue. I ramp up my fans to 90 while gaming and Gpu temps are around 60-65°C. Please tell me what to do

People having problems with stutters and not proper rendering not sure why but it is possible

And Also a pretty good info that I've been using nvidia 441.41 debloated drivers and stripped windows 10 1709. I think this may come in handy as well
