9900K Overclocking

I just started overclocking my new 9900K, so far it's stable at 5.0ghz on all cores at 1.225v. Is this normal for this chip? What can they usually hit without exotic cooling?

Stable in what? Usually 5Ghz is achievable just over 1.3V I believe.

2 hours of Asus realbench. The avx offset is 4.8.

exotic cooling usually helps with temperatures, not so the voltage. what are your sustained load temps and what is your cooling system? but the clock speed and voltage makes sense.

On a custom loop with a 360mm rad it maxes out at 67c on non AVX workloads, 73 for AVX.

I did all cores at 5ghz with 1.27v. I didn't even try to get it lower.

It idles in the low 30s with a Noctua NH-D15 and has been stable since February of last year.
