More air flow. Maybe get some stick on heatsinks for the vram.

Then again, is that 110 C or F? If its Fahrenheit, that's really not too bad. If it's Celsius, go ahead and do all those things I said.

That is a problem because it heat soaks the GPU.

Vram temps don't go up and down like the GPU they just get hotter.

If the card is still under warranty RMA it.

If not, raise the speed of fan #2 and/or see if you can get it to run all the time. The vram that gets the hottest is in between the VRM and the GPU so under the second fan.

Also check for a bios update.

I had the issue with my FTW3 Ultra 2080 ti but an update fixed it. The highest it got was 115c. It now runs at 84c even overclocked.

It's Celsius sry I am European, and I thinking about that what if I change the cpu cooler too currently its blowing hot air on the mother board what if I take a tower cooler like a noctua or something like that could that help?

Sorry I misunderstood.

CPUs don't have vram. Vram = Video ram.

You mean VRM. VRM = voltage regulator module.

I always recommend a good CPU cooler upgrade. Cooler components = Longer Lifespan.

If I were you, I'd upgrade the cooler and get some more fans in there. Make sure the air flow is set up right. Heat rises, you want fans sucking air from the front and blowing out the back and top.

If none of that helps, you might need to RMA the board.
