Budget (including currency): $3000 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rust, discord, streaming and recording.

Hi, I'm new to the PC gaming world so just in case my knowledge from linus isn't enough, I'd like to ask his fan base. I'm not the smartest when it comes to this but I know a thing or two. I'm planning this build to play Rust along with recording, streaming and being on discord at the same time. Also, the motherboard and, case fans I still haven't fully gone because budget. This builds hardware might change due to the new cpu's and gpu's coming out but so far this is the build:

Ryzen 7 3700X
Asus Rog Strix LC 360 Liquid CPU Cooler
Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite Wifi ATX AM4
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB 3200MHz DDR4
XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB
Seagate FireCuda 2TB 2.5" 5400RPM Hybrid
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce Gaming OC 8GB
Lian-Li PC-O11 Mid tower

Corsair 750W RM750 Gold Power Supply

And some more fans but still don't know which would be the best.

EDIT 1:

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. Firstly, the Asus Rog Strix LC 360 Liquid CPU Cooler I can get for just under $200 which is cheaper than the NH-D15 over here. The Hyper 212 would work however, I am also planning on maybe getting one of the newer ryzen cpus depending on pricing and performance so I'll probably keep the Asus just for future proofing if needed. This means that I will also have to change the motherboard depending on the CPU and overclocking i would maybe do. For the HDD what should i get exactly then? What in your opinion would be best? I thought the SSHD would be good but I didn't look at the RPM which is my bad. The graphics card is still a bit of a discussion. I was actually planning on getting one of the new ones from Nvidia but I'll have to wait and see how they perform and pricing so I can't fully chose on that department. I'm going to be getting this PC sometime October or November so I still have time for the new stuff to drop. Thanks again for everything is means a lot!

actually i think water cooling is good for future proof and overclock if you have the money, but psu is a litle bit overkill for me

He could just get a NH-D15 for cheaper which will perform the same and have almost no chance of failing compared to an AIO which has multiple points where it could fail.

thats the size that most BarraCuda and FireCuda hdd's are. and he doesnt even have an hdd, he has a sshd. he really has no need to get a better one.

No. You can buy them in 3.5" form factor. There is no reason to buy a 2.5" for a desktop pc. And SSHD are pointless when you already have an SSD.
