Budget (including currency): $120 usd, the cheaper the better.

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Playing lighter games at 60FPS or good enough.

Other details: I like the Idea of something smallish and semi-portable with a handle using the parts that I have in storage, and I am also open to home made solutions or Ideas.

My not in use parts:

CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 with cooler.

Motherboard: OEM Acer TC-780A (KBL) DTX size .

RAM: 16Gb (2x8) of mixed speeds DDR4 that works fine together, one stick is by Kingston and the other is Crucial.

GPU: Asus Phoenix GTX 1050 2Gb, not for demanding games.

PSU: LiteOn PS-6301-18, basic 300 watt 80plus certified ATX size PSU from an acer TC-780 PC.

Drive: None yet, the motherboard does have an M.2 slot, so I might go with an M.2 SSD and something else for storage.

Cooling: Two old 92mm case fans and one 1800rpm 120mm case fan.

Open to creative Ideas, thanks in advance.

Depending on the game, that system with a drive in it and windows installed would be fine.

what games do you want to run a 60FPS and what resolution?  DO you have a monitor?

Used market ain't bad, you might spy a small case that suits your liking.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Games like Minecraft or GTA at 30-60FPS, nothing too demanding, and I am not concerned about the monitor.

Thanks, but I am for looking something a little more portable or creative. I can get an oem Micro ATX case for almost nothing, but that might be the last resort.

there aren't really any DTX cases, if it was a mini DTX motherboard it would fit in an ITX case but you will have to find some specialty cases if you need more portability than micro ATX cases.

Custom, perhaps? have you got an angle grinder?
