Which Server Should I Chose?

So, I have decided to get a home server but I want to start with a cheap one and see if I like it. These are the ones I found:

Which one do you think is better or do you have any suggestions for any server between £100 - £150?

both old shit,

the HP, doesnt show specs at all?
The Dell does.

I think you would be better off building one yourself. Maybe start with a cheap used motherboard and CPU combo from ebay then add what you need to it.

How power efficient are these old servers?

I went with i3/ASUS P8H61-M/4GB RAM/1TB WD year ago for Ubuntu server/Virtualmin/Plex/Samba/Deluge but was looking at something similar at start. And this reminded me that I should get more power efficient PSU and trow out the current no name one from it which surprisingly is still running and is like 8 years old.
