Less great :D this is a different brand than mine, which means your BIOS looks differently than mine, which means I can't guide you directly. Look for the settings named after those three indicators (PPT, TDC, EDC), should be somewhere in the AMD overclocking menu. You can copy my settings (PPT 200W, TDC 210A, EDC 280A), it should be enough. Alternatively, there might be a setting that, instead of setting them manually, just sets them to the maximum allowed values. Again, I'm afraid I can't really be more specific because I've zero experience with what Gigabyte BIOS looks like 😕

Nothin if you do not want to hassle more. that is aorund 1-2% performance loss in games and in workload around 1-3%. nothing to really worry about

are you sure? im getting a 2080 super maybe this could be a factor? if not then i guess im in the clear

what should i set my ram voltage to? i think its on 1.2 even though i oced it to 3200mhz

1.2V is pretty low, try with 1.35V
