RAM: Higher Speed or lower CAS Latency?

I'm undecided whether to buy which 16GB RAM Kit. I'm going to pair it with an Ryzen 3600 or 3300x. The options are:

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory      CAS Latency 16, Timings 16-18-18-36      69,90€ ~ 76,65$

or

            G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory     CAS Latency 19, Timings 19-20-20-40      71.90€ ~ 78,84$

Both are the cheapest RAM Kits at their Speeds in Germany.

Which should i choose and why?

From looking it up I only found some people saying that you should first look at the speed and then at the CAS-Latency when comparing kits of the same speeds. But that seems too generalized for me.

Thank you in advance.

the LPX is better

but why? price is no real difference, so it must be the lower Latency and Timings. But doesn't the higher speed of the G.Skill make up for that?

the lpz has so much lower timing that it is much better.

3600mhz cl19=3200mhz cl17.

3600mhz cl18= 3200mhz cl16 and so on

Not sure if its allowed to post links. Google phrase "ram latency calculator".

LPX will give about 5% lower latency.
